Statism affords the certainty of stagnation,

If it is Peace that you want, it is Dictatorship you must oppose.
If it is WAR that you wish to prevent, it is the expropriation of
private capital you must oppose.
War, in fact, is only possible when the wealth of the nation is held
by its leaders rather than being rightly utilized by its citizens.
A Free and Productive people have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to gain
from war, and, in fact, a great deal to lose.
Why shouldn't those who Govern have Rights that you as citizen do not?
Why shouldn't EVERY ASPECT of your live be subject to an inventory?
"Every aspect of our lives must be subjected to an inventory"
-- Shameless Politico THUG, Nancy Pelosi'09
LIBs. What PRICE their Vision?
---
LIBs plead for a Morality which holds COMPROMISE as its standard of
Value, making it possible to judge Virtue on the basis of the number of
Values which one is willing to Betray.

Secrets of the American Nomenklatura
With the rise of independent media, the secrets of the American
nomenklatura are coming into clearer focus, the shameless exploitation
of the good will and treasure of the people increasingly put on view for
all to see.
1. The media and the Democrats are joined at the hip and have
created a "hereditary celebrity class"
One of the fastest ways to celebrity and fortune (besides perhaps
going on Dancing with the Stars, being adopted into the Hilton or
Kardashian families and making a porn video) is to be the child of a
politician or a well connected political operative.
...
2. The political class views the taxpayers as cash cows to be milked
for their own benefit and the benefit of their friends , children and
contributors
Just days after Mead's plaint, we learned that the Department of
Energy blew even more money on a Robert Kennedy Jr. project, than it
did on the already well-known Solyndra fiasco.
3. The Supreme Court action on the three ObamaCare Cases it granted
certiori on this week might well encapsulate the principle that we
citizens are, in fact cash cows there for the federal government to
milk.
James DeLong in a brilliant article explains this development.
