What do you want, a medal or a chest to pin it on,
Gaiwar, you netstalking crumb-bum? Okay, so
a nick-name that others use and I don't even employ
in my posts is better known than a large percentage
of all Usenet POSTERS. What does that prove, other
than offer some supporting evidence for my assertion
that I am now the most famous writer in Usenet?
Some other statistics: "Flame Giant" (my flaming
persona) as about 10,000 GEMS. "wilhelp" has
close to 70,000! "Wordscreens of the World"
has about 4,000 GEMS, and alt.genius.bill-palmer
has around 23,000 GEMS (That is, for mentions
of the group name, not for postings to the group.)
The a.g.b-p group has had about 28,000 THREADS,
not mere posts, by the way. Not bad, especially
considering a.g.b-p has been basically whacked out
of commission by envious louts very much like you
for over a year now. And there are all
sorts of other things we could look at, such as
the fact (no pun intended) that FACTS IN THE
CASE OF BILL PALMER has around 1,400
GEMS itself. We could fairly easily pick up another
100,000 GEMS, I suspect, if we started adding
all my better known works, and maybe all the
bogus Bill Palmer groups too. Let's see, I forgot,
even a.g.b-p (the initials) has over 2,000 GEMS.
So, Gaiawar, what does it all prove? Basically,
it proves you are an envious wretch netstalking the
most famous writer in Usenet...Take a hike,
ya' miserable little cretin.

I remember how I didn't think that was funny the first time I heard it
on some '70s sitcom.

Yeah. Here's a '70s sitcom catchphrase that applies to Palmjob: "That
was WAY more than I needed to know!"
