armenian transliteration query

hello,

i am looking to find the transliteration of two words in old armenian
that appear in a text. i have scanned an image of the two words that
can be seen here:

i know that the words mean 'Dead Water', but i am trying to determine
the precise transliteration. i believe it would be something like
'Merʿeal Jowr'. would someone be able (a) to send me a transliteration
of the words in latin letters and (b) to send me the words in armenian
script (it looks to me like մեռեալ Ջուր, but i think that i have a
character incorrect)?
