undue curiosity that I have no memory of this vignette at all, and I
only found out from her years later, and my memory wasn't jogged.
Theoretically, my mom could have made up the whole story.

An old issue of Empire magazine (I think it was late '93 - at any rate,
it had Tom Cruise on the cover) had a list of masturbation scenes in the
movies. Can't think of many off the top of my head though - Blue Lagoon,
Animal House (that is, if a hand job actually counts), Sliver, stuff
