Nope, wrong. When the dog reached an age of
discretion, he took it upon himself to change his name
from "Frank the Dog" to "Craig the Dog", in order to
separate himself from the nagging fandom of his
previous work in a certain cult movie. He then wrote
an autobiographical book under the pseudonym "Fred
the Dog", entitled _I Am Not Frank_. After many bitter
years (and diminishing book sales), he eventually
realized the innately pointless nature of his
quest to avoid his fans, and wrote another book under
the pseudonym "Bruce the Dog" entitled _I Am Frank_.
Currently residing in Los Angeles, he is working on the
third and supposedly final volume of his autobiography,
entitled _It Doesn't Matter A Damn Whether Or Not I
Am Frank_.

Just when you thought I'd re-lurked for good,

You forgot something. There was a long period of time during which
Tim's dog felt ambiguous about his... shall we say, existance. Feeling
that a series of previously defined symbols would cheapen the dog's
existance, he renamed it something that I can't do at this kayboard.
Naturally, Tim and everyone could only refer to it as "The dog formerly
known as Frank/Craig/Fred/Bruce." As this was wordy, it eventually
dropped down to just "Dog."

Yes, the dog's name is Frank. And, for those who didn't catch last
month's ish of In Style magazine, still romps around Tim Curry's
beautiful garden that is not behind the house on Wild Oak drive.

Good day.

Cool ... Tim also had a dog named Alice, just before he moved out of
Wild Oak Drive. Is she still around?

What was "last month"? I looked in the last issue (July) of Style forwards and
backwards and forwards again, and couldn't find it!!!

There was no other dog mentioned in the article. Wouldn't know.

As to which month, it was within three months of now. Big section on
the stars and their gardens. Tim was very zen about the whole
gardening thing.

Close. It's Mayzie.

Don't know what happened to Alice; as of last August, he only had the two
dogs, Frank and Mayzie.

The magazine was the July issue of "In Style" not "Style".
