What rock have you been living under?
I've got a question for you - if you're so interested in only bashing what we
do, why are you so intrigued as well? What's the deal? Are you genuinely
interested or are you just here to start in? I'd lean toward the latter, seeing
as how all your comments are snide. If you really are interested, there's this
little thing called Google that'll have all your answers for you, you just need
to type in "Rocky Horror" and everything will magically appear!

Well, if you're not joking and have any knowledge of musicals, or rock music
(too) -- you'd also know that Meatloaf (he's a tenor) and Tim Curry are
accomplished singers.
Anyway, if you want to sample the music you can purchase the CD of "The Rocky
Horror Show" (The Roxy version is my favorite) and you'll hear the singers in
the ranges I gave you. You can also purchase the sheet music to the play, which
is written in those ranges.
There's also the soundtrack of the recent Broadway revival of "The Rocky Horror
Show" . . .
As someone has suggested . . . do a little research; and it won't take much.
"Rocky Horror Show" is a classic rock musical.

I'm not reading anything you say anymore till you stop ranting. I don't
read rants
Then, Mr. hypocrite, you shouldn't be posting anymore. I wasn't ranting, I was
asking you a question. Maybe if you actually took the time to read what people
have to say instead of automatically criticizing it and believing your
half-assed preconceived notions you'd get much farther here. You only came to
point and laugh and not bother to actually attempt to understand or show any
genuine interest, you then got offended when that was pointed out to you. Sorry
I'm stating the obvious, but you are apparantly oblivious of the situation at
hand.
Try watching the movie all the way through before coming back with anymore
"questions."
Yup- kinda what I was trying to say too...also:
"I shall look for this. Thanks for actually answering my questions, as
opposed to attacking me for no reason."
Several people have answered your question ( such as it is). I attempted
too- I certainly wasn't 'attacking' you. I thought I explained it was a
hobby- and people have all different sorts of hobbies. I don't understand
Trainspotting or Stamp Collecting, -or indeed going to the pub every week-
but they're not my hobby so it doesn't matter if I understand them, unless I
has a sudden interest in them- in which case I would find out of my own
accord what they were about. That was kind of my point, but you didn't seem
to like that 'answer' so I got a two word response to it.
"Bad Analogy."
It was bad because you still didn't understand? You quoted it as from me,
but if you'd read the post you'd have seen I was quoting someone else!?
Ok, you don't think they're comparable ( I take it?). I think they are- I
find sitting in a pub, pissing your money away, bizarre and illogical. You
find dressing up and shouting at a movie bizarre and illogical. That's fine.
But are you just gonna keep posting that you don't get it until we all
agree with you? 'Cause the way we're going I get a feeling you're not going
to get it- or don't want to?And we'll be here forever. Or you could just do
what has been suggested several times ( a suggestion is not usually meant as
an attack) which is...look it up online ( you didn't even know it was a
musical. It was voted no.8 in Top 100 Musicals of all time here in the UK in
a recent TV Poll. And it's MUCH bigger in the USA. The UK is on the internet
too.) Or ...try and find it somewhere you can get to and see it , with the
strange people, live in a cinema. Then you would be in position to come back
and say " Done that- nope, I still think you're all deluded! ", if that was
how you felt.
I tried to be helpful to you and thought I was being pretty polite and
trying to explain to you why people were being hostile. But you decided not
to respond to that part of my post, so I guess I'll not bother responding
again.
Anyone else getting bored with this 'conversation'??
