possible path to punishment for your Nincompoop-In-Chief and company

"declined" membership in the ICC.
The best we can hope for is for some aggrieved Iraqi VICTIMS to
petition the ICC to bring charges against our war criminals, and allow
worldwide calumny to throw a spotlight of embarrassment and shame upon
our bad guys and publicly hold them culpable for their CRIMES AGAINST
HUMANITY.
