My opinion is a neighbor on Cromwell is a criminal!
Douglas Blake Gooch, has a criminal trial coming up in Nashville, Tenn. soon Case #
2006-B-904 on November 26,2007. . He stole a bag full of jewelery from a jeweler from
New Orleans who was at a show in Nashville. It was worth more than $250,000.00. He
has been involved in 3 other robberies that we are aware of, the other two being in
Sarasota Florida.
In NASHVILLE HE WAS CAPTURED ON A VIDEO CAMERA carrying his stolen property outside
to his vehicle.
His whole family are grifters who flee to 135 Barringer Street, Ponchatoula, La.
(985) 386-3391 in between scams. They took Sarasota Florida in 1994 for
over $1,000,000.00 in a staged highjacking.

Concerning posts by this person. He is posting every two days. In addition, He is a person whose entire
family are grifters with a history of crimes behind them. In fact, he is presently awaiting trial for STEALING the same
merchandise he is advertising on Craig's List. He really should be banned from any contacts of victims.See some of his and his

WENT TO DINNER. THE VICTIM LEFT HIS BAG OF JEWELRY BEHIND BY ACCIDENT. UPON
HIS RETURN, THE BAG WAS GONE. VIDEO SHOWS THE DEFENDANT LEAVING THE LOBBY,
WITH THE VICTIMS BAG. THIS HAPPEN HERE IN DAVIDSON

In 1987, they shut down and moved out during the night taking all the pawn
items and vast amounts of consignment items with them. One they stiffed was
Global Rug Corp Inc. an N.Y. Corp 1-201-617-7600) (St Louis Store -Barrute
Hakemian) out of over $22,000.00 on that one.
They next showed up in Sarasota Florida @ 1545 Main Street running Royal Pawn.
They took Paul Fisher, one of the largest emerald dealers in the U.S. out of
$19,500 of jewelry on consignment. Douglas Blake Gooch, Charles son said two
women came into the store. They looked at the jewelry, one women said she
wanted to take it somewhere else to be appraised while the other woman
remained. He let her. Of course, she never came back and the other woman left.
REALLY BELIEVEABLE, Right! Of course they never filed a police report but the
jewelry was gone.
They next got over $1,000,000.00 of consignments on MEMO from Sarasota
businesses. Charles and Vergie then got hijacked (case was unfounded by
investigators) in Jacksonville, Florida. They were taking goods to be
auctioned in Charlotte, N.C. This occurred on January 14, 1994.
They then fled Florida to 135 Berringer Road in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

It is documented that the business is in Doug's wife's name. I'm sure that way
when things get bad, she will file bankruptcy. That's the way the Sarasota
store was set up also, in Vergie Byers name. She then filed bankruptcy when
they were found in Louisiana.
There is a sworn statement that was taken by the Sarasota Sheriff's office
stating Charles Gooch told a witness what he was going to do to the dealers in Sarasota before it occurred.
It included the bankruptcy in Louisiana. They do business this way because
they stated they know it will be treated as a civil matter.
The best thing you can do with this info is to either contact a news
organization to do an investigation or circulate the following photos , then
set up a sting among the Springfield dealers and let the cops take these
people down. They have ruined many lives and will continue to do the same.
