Digital Art - What medium?

I am perplexed by what to call my "medium" when entering art shows. I work
as a digital artist but my renderings more closely resemble natural media
watercolor, oils, charcoal, and my starting point is often a photograph.
Does anyone have any insight into this?

I believe it's still considered "digital art"
I do the same type of work, so I know your quandry. And I've been to
many gallery sites and that is the typical way to classify it.
