Unable to retrieve mail, unable to log in.

Just sent a test email, no problem.
But when trying to get mail, 96.39.53.26:995 is throwing 10061.
Also, am unable to log in via the Cotse web page.
Account Name = FatBelly.
I saw the status advisory on the COTSE home page about
intermittent unavailability of email... but between the login
thing and the length of time I have not been able to retrieve
mail I'm thinking maybe it's me.
Can anybody shed some light?
