It's amazing the Chinese can send rockets up, but generally fail at
Quality Control.
The QC5 on your made in China appliance, just means that somebody was
assigned to sticker sticking.

And them stickers do stick, so very well (so very well, I can all but
remove 'em).

I've been collecting stickers in a teacoy, it is almost a entique
