I'm making drawings with lots of circles and lines coming from their centers. I sometimes need to
move the circles but would like the lines to still come from the circle centers, with the other end
of the line staying stationary. Some experiments do not show a way to do this. I have CorelDraw X3.
Thanks for any tips.

Select the circle and line and move to new location (if you want
reference to the orginal location, copy them and then move the
copies).
Select the end node of the line with the shape tool (F10) and
extend/contract the line back to the original location.

If you combine the radiating lines with the circle object, you can
select the circle and interior end nodes with the shape tool which will
allow you to move only those nodes. That's the best I can think of.

Draw and place your circles, then use the Interactive Connector Tool found
first-to-last in the Freehand Tool flyout (fourth button down in the
Toolbox Toolbar; the pencil drawing the wavy line).

Select the Interactive Connector Tool then look to the Property Bar. There
are two selectors: Angled and Straight connector.

Sounds like you want the Straight connector.

Use the Connector Tool to connect point A with point B . . . when you move
the Object that holds point B, the connector line will move to follow, but
point A will remain stationary.

As Craig said, make sure you have Snap To enabled so you can connect precisely.
