~ ANY thing in here is 'fair game' for deletion, inclusion,
substitution, etc.
~ Even though you might NOT think it 'necessary'; it is often in your
best interest to 'substitute' for 'healtier' ingredients when possible
(unless you simply 'must' have the _original_)..

V EZ Oven Beef Stew   c1 LD

Prep: 15-20 min
Cook: 3 hrs

Makes: 6-8 servings
=
1-1/2 lb. stew meat
4 med potatoes, peeled, chunked
6 med carrots, peeled, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
2 med onions, chopped
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp minute tapioca
3 drops Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients in lg casserole; bake for 3 hrs at 325 ° F. Do NOT
open oven while baking !

Prep Note: ~ Team this up with some diagonally cut, broiler toasted,
herb butter topped French bread; either a room temp or chilled green
salad & ...badda-bing, badda-boom; an 'any time / any season' meal !
