Orange Balls
Makes 6 dozen
1 package (12 ounce) vanilla wafer cookies
1 package (16 ounce) powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup butter
1 can (6 ounce) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup finely chopped pecans
flaked coconut -- optional
Makes 6 dozen

1 package (16 ounce) powdered sugar, sifted

1 cup finely chopped pecans
flaked coconut -- optional
Crush vanilla wafers to make fine crumbs. Add sugar, butter and orange
juice concentrate, mixing well.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in pecans or coconut, if
desired; chill until firm.
