~ ANY thing in here is 'fair game' for deletion, inclusion,
substitution, etc.
~ Even though you might NOT think it 'necessary'; it is often in your
best interest to 'substitute' for 'healtier' ingredients when possible
(unless you simply 'must' have the _original_)..

O'Brien Kielbasa Skillet SR

Makes: 4 servings

1 lb fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 " slices
1 (24 oz) pkg frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
3 Tbsp canola oil
Pepper to taste

In a lg skillet, brown sausage; remove with a slotted spoon; set aside.
Add potatoes & oil to drippings. Cover; cook on med heat for 10 min,
stirring occasionally. Season with pepper. Return sausage to pan; cover;
cook until heated through.
