~ This IS more 'complex' _&_ ingredient 'intense' !
~ Many of these _do_ have a 'fair amount' of 'multi-tasking' in them.
~ Espcially when dealing with Oriental recipes or those from other
countries / cultures more into specific subtle / spicy tastes, expect a
'laundry list' of ingredients; it is just the way they ARE !
~ With one like this, it is often easier to just do NOTHING but
'ingredients in 1 'run'; put them in separate little bowls _1st_; then
it becomes JUST an 'assembly line' process. This is especially 'helpful'
with those oriental & resturant dishes.
~ ANY thing in here is 'fair game' for deletion, inclusion,
substitution, etc.
~ Even though you might NOT think it 'necessary'; it is often in your
best interest to 'substitute' for 'healtier' ingredients when possible
(unless you simply 'must' have the _original_)..
