~ ANY thing in here is 'fair game' for deletion, inclusion,
substitution, etc.
~ Even though you might NOT think it 'necessary'; it is often in your
best interest to 'substitute' for 'healtier' ingredients when possible
(unless you simply 'must' have the _original_)..

Roquefort Cheese Potato Chips  
=
1 (5 oz) bag salted potato chips (Cape        Cod Kettle Chips)
1/3 cup white sauce (Aunt Penny's)
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 Tbsp crumbled Roquefort cheese
1 Ttbsp 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Heat oven to 350 º F. Place chips on baking sheet; bake for 15 min. In
a sm saucepan on med heat, combine all remaining ingredients except blue
cheese. Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Drizzle cheese sauce over hot chips. Sprinkle blue cheese over top.
Serve.
