~ ANY thing in here is 'fair game' for deletion, inclusion,
substitution, etc.
~ Even though you might NOT think it 'necessary'; it is often in your
best interest to 'substitute' for 'healtier' ingredients when possible
(unless you simply 'must' have the _original_)..

Crock Pot Chicken Ranch Tacos

Makes: 6 servings (2 tacos ea)

12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg dry ranch seasoning mix
1 pkg dry taco seasoning mix
2 cups fat free chicken stock
12 taco shells
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 sm red onion, diced
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

Put chicken, stock, taco seasoning & ranch seasoning into a c p ; cook
on Lo for 4-6 hrs. Shred chicken with 2 forks. Divide chicken &
f'ixings' evenly in shells.

protein; 2g fiber
