If anyone has a recipe for Mushroom Chicken Soo Guy, I would appreciate it
is you would post it here. This entree is readily available in Ontario
Chinese restaurants but I can't find a recipe for it anywhere.
It is a basic dish egg-battered chicken with mushroom gravy but I'm
wondering if there is specific spices that make it authentically chinese.
