Cream of Asparagus Soup

Hi all,

I would like to make some cream of asparagus soup, and looking for a simple
recipe. I know that there are tons of them on the Internet, but, I really
prefer one from someone who has actually cooked the dish and knows it is
good. Personally, I usually only use a cookbook book for baking, and really
don't like recipes off the Internet. So, I was hoping someone here had
their own, their Mom's or grandma's cream of asparagus soup that wouldn't
mind sharing.
