Help! Petri Net Modeling References Needed

I don't know whether this is the right place to post the following
message or not. If it is the wrong place, I really apologize.

I am currently writing a thesis based on the implementation
of Petri net modeling for the high level synthesis system.
I need reference pointers to the similar works.

Would someone please tell me the pointer(s) which may be same
work or related work, or Petri Net Modeling Examples?
