My automatic cashback cheque was 'lost in the post'. It takes them 90
days to send a replacement cheque.!!
They (OneStopPhoneShop, same group) have been telling a friend the same
story for about 15 months, cheque must have got lost in the post, can't
send a replacement for 28 days, then another 28 days, then another 28
days, then longer periods, she is now considering taking them through
the small claims court. She also never received the £25 for referring
someone else, and I never received £25 for referring her. She has
received all the cash back cheques which were spread over the 12 months,
(they never seem to get lost in the post), it is her initial automatic
£50 cashback cheque they don't want to part with for some reason.
Perhaps 'Watchdog' should be notified.

Banked it quick but just wonder if when they realise they'll knock it off
the next claim.

If they are on the ball they will be reading this newsgroup and will do
exactly that.

Or just cancel the cheques as they appear to be doing according to some
posts on the RPoints forum.
