Cheapest price I can see is Ł930 from Pixmania.

Anyone beat that or suggest other places to try?
Many thanks in advance.
Now, another approach might be to go to John Lewis who would like to charge
you £1,249 for it,
http://www.johnlewis.com/230453383/Product.aspx
albeit you get a 5 year warranty, and then ask them to price match Empire
Direct, who are selling it for £1,049 + £25 delivery.

This is slightly higher price wise, but you get the benefit of having bought
from John lewis who's aftersales care is excellent, and most importantly you
get a 5 year warranty instead of only 2. If this thing goes wrong you will
have an expensive pile of junk, so I really would recommend you go for a 5
year warranty whatever you do.
Also, check out reviews etc and litreally thousands of examples of people
doing exactly what I have said above with those two shops in particular at
the online forum Afterdawn.

There are a couple of huge threads devoted to the John Lewis price match
deal (One for LCD TVs and one for Plasma), and I actually bought my Samsung
LE37R87BDX exactly the way I have described above from those two shops.
For a pricematch to be valid the TV has to be on display with a priceticket
on the shelf, and for most of the popular models I believe this is true at
almost any of the Empire Direct stores.
Failing all that you might want to give beyond Television a call as albeit
out of stock at the moment (It does say stock due soon, but I'd check) they
have it listed at £937 with FREE delivery, which assumibg they do get stock
would be a saving again.

FWIW Most of these reviews applied to the company as was before they
were bought by DSG and an internal french £10 million fraud operation
found and squashed...

You may want to hold off and get the Samsung LE-A656 (new model) as the
LeF86 has quite a few "issues" at the moment.
