IMPROVE ONE'S CHANCES OF WINNING
1. SPONSOR: Disney Family.com/Disney Online, 500 South Buena Vista St.,
Burbank, CA 91521. Prizes provided by Disney Family.com.
2. ENTRY: This Sweepstakes may be entered during the period commencing at
12:00 A.M., April 1, 2008, and ending at 11:59 P.M., May 9, 2008 ("Term"),
by going to the sweepstakes entry page on Disney Family.com ("Web site").
For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), "Day" shall mean each
calendar day during the Term, and all times and Days are Pacific Time. If
you are a registered Disney Family.com member ("Member"), you will be
prompted to enter your Member Name and Password and click on the "submit"
button. If you are not a Member, you must first register at the Web site for
free before you can enter the Sweepstakes. To register, complete the
Registration Form at the Web site. After registering as a Member, follow the
instructions above to enter the Sweepstakes. Normal Internet access and
usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. It is your sole
responsibility to notify the Sponsor in writing if you change your e-mail
address. To do so, click here. Under "Member Information," click on "Modify"
to change your e-mail address.
3. LIMITATIONS: Each entry must be received by 11:59 P.M. May 9, 2008.
Entries are limited to one per person/household/family/e-mail address or
standard address per Day (regardless of whether one person has more than one
e-mail address or more than one person uses the same e-mail address). In
event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an e-mail
entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name
the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any e-mail method other than
set forth above in Paragraph 2 are void. Any use of automated or programmed
methods of effecting entry online is prohibited. Open only to persons who
are 18 years of age or older as of April 1, 2008, and legal residents of,
and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. ("Territory").
Employees of Sponsor; its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies; the
advertising, promotional, and fulfillment agencies of each of them
(individually and collectively, "Entities"); members of their immediate
families and members of the same households are not eligible to enter. The
Entities are not responsible for entries from persons residing, or located,
outside the Territory; entries that are inaccurate, incomplete,
unintelligible, tampered with, lost, interrupted, deleted, defective,
stolen, destroyed, altered, misdirected, non-delivered, delayed, late, or
misrouted; any printing, production, technical, electronic, or other errors;
or for inaccurate or incomplete capture online of Sweepstakes entry
information (including the Official Entry Form); lost, interrupted, or
unavailable network, server, or other connections; miscommunications; failed
phone, computer hardware, or software or telephone transmissions; technical
failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or
jumbled transmissions; or other errors of any kind, whether due to
electronic, mechanical, or human error or other causes; each of which
potential entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted
by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and municipal
laws and regulations.
4. PRIZE:. One (1) Grand Prize Adventures by Disney vacation will be awarded
to the Grand Prize Winner ("Winner"). The Grand Prize includes the land
package for the Winner and up to three (3) guests to to participate in the
Spirit of America Adventures by Disney vacation. The land package includes:
participation in the specified guided group travel experience with up to 40
guests total; services of two (2) Adventure Guides; local experts; on-tour
luggage handling; transportation within the land package; gratuities for
bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff;
scheduled meals; entertainment and activities; hotel accommodations in: (a)
one room for parties of two or less; and (b) up to two rooms for parties of
three or more depending on party mix and availability; and taxes associated
with the foregoing . See Adventures by Disney website

Prize will also consist of the following elements: [1] if Winner resides
more than one hundred (100) miles from the Hotel, round-trip coach air
transportation for four (4) between the major metropolitan airport nearest
Winner's residence ("Winner's Airport") and Philadelphia International. All
expenses and taxes not specifically mentioned herein are not included and
are solely the Winner's responsibility, including but not limited to:
transportation to the Hotel if a Winner resides less than one hundred (100)
miles from the Hotel, round trip transportation between the Winner's
residence and any Winner's Airport. Not included in the Grand Prize are any
and all taxes (including, without limitation, state and federal income
taxes) and the reporting consequences thereof, associated with the use,
acceptance, and participation in the Grand Prize; luggage handling between
home and airport; meals, activities and ground transportation not expressly
included in land package; gratuities for two (2) Adventures Guides; customs
and immigration fees; passport and visa costs; travel protection insurance;
excess luggage fees; laundry service; alcoholic beverages not expressly
included in land or air package; merchandise, souvenirs, etc; spa services
and other optional activities; local and long-distance telephone calls. In
addition to the general Grand Prize description above, the Spirit of America
(Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Williamsburg) land package consists of
participation in an 8-day, 7-night guided group vacation experience;
scheduled meals to include 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches and 3 dinners; activities

aforementioned. Approximate retail value $7,996 - $9,596 for a party of
four, depending on season. Destinations are subject to change without
notice. All vacations are to be taken on a scheduled departure date no later
than December 31, 2008. Reservations must be made by the Winner no later
than 45 days prior to departure date. Adventures by Disney booking and
cancellations policies apply (see details at www.AdventuresByDisney.com.
Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled or discontinued at
any time and without prior notice. The vacation is for the Winner and up to
three (3) guests of the Winner's choosing, for total of four (4) people.
Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same tour and same departure date. If
a Winner cancels, defaults on, or fails to qualify for or does not meet the
requirement of the contest, the Winner will either forfeit The Grand Prize,
or , if already utilized, be obligated to pay for the retail value of the
prize. Winner and guest are responsible for all required travel
documentation. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent
or legal guardian. All travelers must be at least 4 years old at time of
travel. Additional age and size requirements apply while on this trip.

minimums. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a
surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed
except, at sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may
be substituted. Prize will be awarded provided it is validly claimed by June
9, 2008, after which no alternate Winner will be selected, nor unclaimed
prize awarded.
5. PROCEDURES: Sweepstakes begins 12:01 A.M., April 1, 2008, and ends
11:59:59 P.M., May 9, 2008. On or about May 16, 2008, in a random drawing,
winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning
depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
6. WINNER: Will be notified by U.S. Mail and/or e-mail on or about May 16,
2008. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result
from any of the following: [1] the failure of a potential winner to respond
to notification within ten (10) days after its transmission; [2] the return
of an e-mail notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts; [3] the
return of any other notice as undeliverable; [4] the failure of a potential
winner to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity
Release within ten (10) days after its mailing; and [5] any other
noncompliance with Rules. All taxes are solely the winner's responsibility.

7. CONDITIONS: Each entrant by entering this Sweepstakes agrees that: [1]
he/she will be bound by the Rules and the Sponsor's decisions; [2] the entry
becomes solely the Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or
returned; [3] none of the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors,
shareholders, employees, agents, or representatives (individually and
collectively, "Releases"), are responsible for claims, injuries, losses, or
damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly,
from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss, or
misdirection of the prize; participation in this Sweepstakes or in any
activity or travel related thereto or from computer downloading any
Sweepstakes information; [4] winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes
the grant of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and
state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical, and prize
information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity,
advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation,
except where prohibited by law; Winner agrees to execute any and all
documents and to do such other acts a requested by Adventures by Disney to
further evidence any of the transfers, assignments and exploitation rights
provided herein.; [5] in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human
intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or
supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot,
strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or other matters
beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent, or impair the
administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, so
that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right
to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes; and in such event, Sponsor
will select a winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries
received up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension and;
[6] the Releases are not responsible for typographical or other errors in
the offer or administration of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited
to errors in the advertising, Rules, and selection and announcement of the
winner; [7] any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be
forfeited; and [8] the Releases are not responsible for any inability of the
winner to accept or use the prize (or portion thereof) for any reason.
