My story involves buying a car off Ebay, and completely FRAUDULENT
feedback ratings which scam buyers. The car broke down within HOURS of
me buying it - and this was a car represented as certified pre-owed,
perfect condition. It had complete transmission failure. Later I found
out that the seller, Pro Auto Group, had a "100% positive" feedback
rating as a total scam. they are able to remove negative feedback
against them. I uncovered dozens of other buyers who were defrauded
with previously wrecked cars, cars with fraudulent mileage and service
records, etc.

I have created a website at www.proautogroup.info where you can get the
full story.

Here is your error and it's a huge one. Sellers cannot remove negative
feedback. They _can_ persuade the people who left it to remove it but this
is clearly much different then what you posted here.

I agree, though. The way ebay has feedback set up, it alone cannot be
trusted. I review a seller many different ways before I buy anything. If I
were to be spending several thousand dollars, I'd do even more research. To
rely solely on a 100% feedback score when spending thousands of dollars is
not smart in itself.

Please post a copy of the email from eBay where they informed you that
that were suspending your account.
Did you state how many miles are on the 6 year old car you bought?
I have always been amazed that people will buy something so expensive
without a warranty or an independent professional inspection.

If you have not yet done so, you should definitely report this situation
to eBay.
