VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Lead SOA Architect for our Qatar
operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill Set required:

• Understanding of government and public services industry
(eGovernment)
• Prior experience in SOA architecture & design of e-Gov solutions
using industry standards (SOMA, TOGAF, RUP etc.)
• Hands on experience in developing high level and low level design of
enterprise solutions
• Expertise in Portal/WCM or BI technology. Cross technology platform
experience an asset.
• Good communication, leadership and mentoring skills
• Understanding of the architecture discipline, processes, concepts,
and best practices
• Broad technical abilities, knowledge and experience across
application, information, technology, and process domains
• Architect level working experience in J2EE, Portal and enterprise
solutions
• Experience Developing eServices in the Gov. sector is a plus
• Leading SOA technology stacks experience (IBM, Oracle, etc.)
Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture & design of e-Government to-be platform
• Develop solution artifacts based on client requirements
• Define the business solutions and structures needed
• Identify & develop various data models for SOA architecture
• Follow industry standards in architecture and e-service design
• Subject matter expert in WCM/Portal or BI technology
Experience Required: 10+Years.
