Harry Potter, the Fourth Pope

(Conspiracy Nation, 07/11/07) - In "Three Apostolic
Successions" (http://www.shout.net/~bigred/ThreePopes.html),
Conspiracy Nation outlined three possible "Apostolic Successions": (1)
>From Jesus, to Peter, and thereon the Popes; (2) From Simon Magus, to
Meander, and leading to the Gnostics; and (3) From John the Baptist,
to the Nazareans (a.k.a. Mendaeans), and smuggled into Europe by the
Knights Templar.

Also asked in "Three Apostolic Successions" was, Will the real Pope
please stand up?

For the past month, the local newspaper, the Champaign-Urbana News-
Gazette, has printed, daily, on the front page, as supposed "news"
item, a "Countdown to Harry Potter." Please forward to the Conspiracy
Nation editor information on any similar "Countdown to Harry Potter"
supposed "news" items in your own local newspaper. (Contact info: Due
to prolonged "spooky attack," contact this editor via the
alt.conspiracy newsgroup. Use subject heading of, "Old Hollow Tree
Stump.")

How is it that, daily, as supposed "news" item, a local newspaper can
prominently display a "Countdown to Harry Potter"? Conspiracy Nation
has previously reported upon the insidious "Buzz Marketing," where
advertisements are disguised as being something else. ("PS3 Mania Is
'Buzz Marketing'?" http://www.shout.net/~bigred/PS3Buzz.html)

In "Three Apostolic Successions" (op. cit.), the sorcery powers of
Jesus were discussed. These sorcery powers were passed along to Peter.
Peter later had a "sorcery showdown" with Simon Magus. So, it is worth
noting that "Harry Potter" also reportedly has such sorcery powers.

Locally, last evening, at midnight (and matching the magical "7/11"
date), the new Harry Potter movie premiered here. Naturally, this
premiere was given a front-page headline spread, in the Champaign-
Urbana News-Gazette.

But seeming to forestall the Harry Potter elevation of 7/11, Pope
Benedict XVI invoked some counter-sorcery of his own. Raining on the
Potter Parade, Pope Benedict XVI released a document on July 10th
proclaiming the Catholic Church to be "the only true church." This
means, in other words, "Harry Potter is not the Pope. I, Benedict, am
the Pope."

The sorcery wars continue! Has a fourth Pope entered the arena? Stay
tuned for further developments.
