The DAL Universe
How was the Universe created?

Our universe, the DERN Universe, was created by the Big Bang, a
reaction of chemical elements which - by the way - are the same
everywhere in the universe. All life forms, galaxies, suns and planets
etc. are located in the fourth belt, the solid belt. Just to complete the
picture: The DERN Universe has got a twin universe, the DAL
Universe which is connected through a kind of Doorway.

What does D. A. L. mean?
Billy: Nothing special, a name like any other name.
Raphael: Perhaps you can define the DAL universe?
Billy: The DAL Universe is a parallel or twin universe to our
DERN Universe that came into existence the same time as
ours. Simply, each one a counterpart of the other. One
Universe could not exist without the other.

Exact!.. The universe consists of 7 different belts. In the there
is the central core (German: Zentralkern), then follows the
elemental ore (Urkern), the third belt is the core space belt
(Ur-raumgrtel), followed by the solid belt (Festkrpergrtel), the
fifth belt represents the transformation belt (Umwandlungsgrtel).
Then we have the creation belt (Schpfungsgtel) and finally the
ram belt (Rammg). The latter one is to be compared to something as a
protection shield against outward influences and offences.
Raphael: And the Pleiades - where are they located?
Billy: The Pleiades (M 45) are a small young cluster of 250~500 stars (about
420 light-years in distance from Earth), a galactic spiral from the Milky
Way,
located in the constellation of Taurus (the bull)--an open cluster of newly
forming stars with bluish-gas glowing around them from which the stars
were formed. Since the beginning of our civilization, most ancient cultures
claim only seven stars and they have been named: Alcyone, Merope, Maya,
Electra, Taygeta, Coele and Atlas. Also called Seven Sisters, and in China
as the Seven Sisters of Industry, in Greece as the Seven Daughters of Atlas,
or The Daughters of Zeus and in the B-ble J-b 38:31, as The Seven Stars.
They are visible in the evening sky in the northern hemisphere from
mid-October to March. Two more stars have been identified since: Asterope
and Pleione.
Raphael: Who are the Pleiadians exactly?
Billy: There are different understandings of the Pleiadians, the one I
perceive
is: They are dimension travellers and guardians of the gates you pass when
you leave or enter another dimensional plane.
Their main approach is handling time/space possibilities, expressing this
knowledge is their technology, which allows them to travel and shift
dimensionally, exchanging spiritual knowledge.
They seem to be the most active alien culture here on Earth, dependent
mainly on our conscious and unconscious agreements, beside the
common pressure we share to balance our emotions.

344 years old, about 1.7 meters (5.5 ft.) tall and is a slender, young,
pretty
woman with fair skin, sparkling blue eyes and light-blond hair. Her very
long and somewhat forward-placed earlobes form a special distinguishing
feature. This is the only anatomical difference compared to our women here
on earth. Due to her exceptional knowledge, which far exceeds the average
of her home population, she has assumed the rank of half-Jschrjsch, which
means a half-queen of wisdom or a half-g-ddess, as they were called
earlier on earth (and which can be read about, for example, in Greek

Billy Meier on January 28, 1975, she is by far the best-oriented
extraterrestrial concerning our situation on earth. During the period from
February of 1965 until June of 1973, she stayed in the DAL-universe with
Asket's people. After her return from the DAL-universe to Erra, she came
to earth in July of 1973 and continued to carry out the task she had
performed here earlier in a hidden station. The

First Contact with Billy occurred on January 28, 1975. Of all the
earth languages, she only mastered German and learned no others. In
November of 1984, Semjase finally had to leave the earth for health
reasons. Her field of work was exclusively restricted to the European
area. She had no authorization whatsoever to become involved in any
matters of, or establish contact with, any

Pleiadian work groups on earth outside of Europe (neither in America
nor Asia)
Unfortunately, on December 15, 1977, she suffered a life-threatening
accident in the Semjase Silver Star Center in Hinterschmidrti and
had to be taken to her home planet of Erra immediately for medical
treatment and rehabilitation.
In May of 1978, she returned to earth and resumed her contacts with
Billy until March 26, 1981. From March of 1981 until the end of
January 1984, she was again absent because there were other duties she
had to fulfill. On February 3, 1984, the very last contact took place
between Semjase and Billy. As an after-effect of her accident on
December 15, 1977, she suffered a cerebral collapse in the beginning of
November 1984 and was transported again as quickly as possible to the
DAL-universe where she was healed by the help of Asket and her friends,
the Sonaer. Her father,

Ptaah, explained that the complete regeneration of her brain and all
psi-powers, abilities and memories lost during her collapse would
presumably take about seventy years. During this period, Semjase will
spend most of her time in the DAL-universe, and it should be noted here
that it is absolutely impossible for Semjase to communicate by mechanical
or t-lepathic means with anyone here in our universe.
(The only way one could communicate would be to travel to the
DAL-universe. On a personal note, Semjase was married but
tragically lost her husband after she had been wed for only seven
years. Her spouse had participated in a research expedition in a
foreign galaxy. At that time, approximately 200 years ago, they did
not know the hyperspace technology yet. Of the two research ships
dispatched, only one returned home after eleven years, whereas the
other with her husband aboard suffered control damage and crashed
into a sun. Her marriage was without children.
