go take a holiday at the seaside, get in the sea each day, sunbathe
and eat god-given foods. Enjoy the views, the sounds, the smells the
sun and wind on your skin, and smile. You'll feel better for it.

and do not, I repeat not use the audio version of the wobbly writing cap
chars on some web sites, as this is the real home of the output from the
mind control machines.
