Agreed, with a side order of medical fuckup. Jermaine said MJ's
"personal physician" was with him, Sun UK reports he was given a
"large dose" of Demerol just before collapsing.

Dilantin or Dilaudid might be just one vial over in an alphabetized
drug kit.

I hurt my knee, and was given Demerol for the first time, and I wound up
nearly passing out, sweating, seeing stars, losing color vision, going
into tunnel vision, etc, it was really unpleasant, obviously. My BP was
very low, even after I had "recovered". My mother had a similar reaction
a long time ago.

If there had been something wrong with my heart, who knows what might
have happened?
