BBC:
Commonwealth leaders have backed a multi-billion-dollar plan to help
developing nations to deal with climate change and cut greenhouse
gases.
The fund, proposed by UK and French leaders at the Commonwealth summit
on Friday, would start next year and build to $10bn annually by 2012.
Funds are great things, especially for those who have to administer
them.
Takes a lot of staff, and resources , and large budgets, all which
will of course have to be deducted from the equity in the fund.
Wonder what the fund administration costs will be.
How do I get to rake off 1%.
I think that the funds adminiistration should be centred in Mogadishu,
the capital of Somalia.
Lots of highly trustworthy people there who now how to manage money
especilly when its other peoples.
Could also get some help from the Nigerians.
# This is what the scam has been all about from the beginning. The Soviet
Socialist Republic of the United Nations used Gore to get the ball rolling
so it would get the Tobin Tax introduced. But now it has gone from 1% to
2% of financial transactions world wide ...err, costs have gone up you
understand.
And all to go to an unelected group of people with a record of financial
malpractice...AND will not produce an annual report of it's spending. If
you don't believe me just try Googling the UN for an annual report. You
get a nice letter telling you to go to their website for info. There is NO
info on their spending. It's a loop you get stuck in so as to throw you
off the scent. If you find the figures, let me know.
You mean the BULL rolling of course!
Warmest Regards

"It is a remarkable fact that despite the worldwide expenditure of perhaps
US$50 billion since 1990, and the efforts of tens of thousands of scientists
worldwide, no human climate signal has yet been detected that is distinct
from natural variation."

The World bank is already helping them, by , you guessed it , building
even more Coal Fired Power Stations.

Note that the reason for this , is its the only affordable option.
# Let me see if I've got this right. The World Bank is using donated
Western Capital to build Coal Fired Power Stations in third world countries.
Then the United nations is going to expect the tax payers of the rich
countries, according to the Copenhagen fest, to 'compensate' the third
world countries for having to use coal fired power stations. Have I got
it right. Is there an auditor around?
