Just as the United States government targets people living outside the
United States it considers a threat, it also targets people living
inside the United States it considers a threat. This targeting of
people living in the United States involves the use of classified
surveillance technology. No warrant is needed to conduct this illegal
surveillance. Agents simply move into a house or apartment neighboring
a targeted person and use classified surveillance technology that can
electronically see and hear through walls. The targeted person can be
kept under complete surveillance in his or her home.
Since the classified surveillance technology can electronically see and
hear through walls, the agents never have to enter the targeted
person's home. The targeted person will never know he or she is under
surveillance and no detection equipment is commercially available to
detect the classified surveillance technology.
Agents involved in this covert operation can also harass and/or attack
a targeted person with classified technology that was developed to
attack people through walls. The agents basically have access to
classified military sonic non-lethal weapons.
This covert operation has been conducted for decades. Targeted people
may be placed under surveillance and then setup and sent to prison.
Others may be attacked and harassed by classified technology developed
to attack, confuse, or mislead people.
People targeted over the last few decades may have mistaken the
harassment for the following:
1) Targeted people may complain of living in haunted houses.
2) Targeted people may complain of being harassed by mind control
devices.
3) Targeted people may complain of being attacked by radiation weapons.
4) Targeted people may have killed other people and claimed God told
them to do it.
An example may be a mother who kills her children and claims she did it
because God told her to do it. The mother may have targeted and tricked
with classified harassment technology into believing God is speaking to
her and commanding her to commit a violent act.
People appearing on TV claiming they have or are experiencing a
supernatural event in their life may simply be a victim of this
government harassment group.
It would appear that the United States government is supplying
organized groups that have connections to the FBI or CIA with
classified surveillance technology, sonic non-lethal weapons and
electronic harassment technology in order to carry out these covert
operations.
The objective of this covert operation is Social Engineering. People
living in neighborhood communities considered unfit by these local
groups to live in a community may find themselves placed under
surveillance and/or attacked or harassed. The targeted person may wind
up in person or forced into a mental institution.
These local groups with connection to the FBI or CIA can influence
public opinion and local and state laws. An example would be a mentally
ill person who is tricked into committing a violent act by this
classified harassment technology may be used as a catalyst by these
local groups for enacting laws to force people with mental illnesses
into institutions and on medications. The groups will effectively use
the tragic events the groups created in the first place to sway public
opinion into accepting new laws against the mentally ill.
With laws enacted because of covert operations, these local groups can
target anyone considered unacceptable by community standards and
effectively remove those people from communities.
Anyone trying to expose this covert operation can be placed under
surveillance, discredited, attacked, setup, sent to prison, and/or
forced into a mental institution. Basically this covert operation
doesn't exist in the eyes of the law. It can't be reported and no one
in law enforcement or other members of the system will admit the group
or technology exists.
This covert operation has been kept hidden from public knowledge for
