"Mrs. Tarrants stated as best as she recalls, on Thrusday night, October 21,
1963 LEE HARVEY OSWALD appeared at the cashier's cage and presented the above
check to her and requested that it be cashed." (CE 1165 pg 6)
The WC clearly didn't want to provide proof that a Thursday visit to Irving was
not unique - for their theory needed a unique visit on a Thursday to pick up a
rifle. They simply lied in order to do so.
Corrections above... "Thursday night, October *31*". Sorry...
Thursday visits to Irving were definitely "unique" (i.e., "unusual",
which is also a definition of the word "unique").
Wesley Frazier, Ruth Paine, and Marina Oswald all testified that
Oswald's normal pattern was to go to Irving on Fridays and ride back to
Dallas with Frazier on Monday mornings.
In fact, Marina Oswald was absolutely positive that the only time Lee
had come to Irving on a Thursday after he had secured his job at the
Depository was on November 21st.....
Mr. LIEBELER. I believe you have previously testified, Marina, that the
only time Lee came up to the Paine's, except on the weekends, in
Irving, was on Thursday night, November 21, 1963?
Mrs. OSWALD. Yes; he was all the time there on weekends for the 5th or
the 3rd of November or September?
Mr. LIEBELER. Yes; I was trying to figure out what day in the week that
he was there when you all were supposed to have been in this store; it
would be Wednesday or Thursday, but Lee was never in Irving on
Wednesday or Thursday at any time; is that right?
Mrs. OSWALD. Just one time when he came to see me the night before the
assassination.
Mr. LIEBELER. You are absolutely sure about that?
Mrs. OSWALD. Oh, sure, if you don't believe me, ask Mrs. Paine. You
know, if he has a job--maybe he don't have a job then?
Mr. McKENZIE. At the time when he didn't have a job, did he come?
Mrs. OSWALD. November he had a job.
~~~~~~
Mr. BALL - Did he ride home with you in your car on weekends?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir; he did.
Mr. BALL - On Friday nights.
Mr. FRAZIER - Right.
~~~~~~
Mr. BALL - Now, there was the one date that Oswald came to you and
asked you to drive him back to Irving, it was not a Friday, was it?
Mr. FRAZIER - No, sir; it wasn't.
Mr. BALL - It was on a Thursday.
Mr. FRAZIER - Right.
Mr. BALL - Was that the 21st of November?
Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir.
Also, there were many Fri and Sat's that 'Oswald' was supposed to be at
Irving, but was elsewhere, like the Sports Drome Firing Range.

And yet, I've given an example of where the WCR simply lied about the evidence,
in order, no doubt to make a particular Thursday visit seem even more unique.
They lied, and you have no defense or rebuttal to it.

The check was indeed cashed... an eyewitness indeed stated that Oswald had
cashed it on Thursday. The WCR lied.
None of these statements changes the fact that a check was cashed in Irving, and
the person who cashed it, asserted that it was on Thursday.
The Warren Commission *knew* this - and lied about it.
But polish up your knowledge of the WCR, Davey-boy... I have a whole bunch more
of provable lies by the WC.
Can you tell anyone why the "truth" needs a lie to support it?
I'm only trying to cover the *explicit* cases where the WC had evidence that was
*CONTRADICTORY* to what they asserted - in other words, specific cases where the
WC lied about their evidence. Stand by for more...
Where in the 26 volumes did you find Anything?

Same place in the 26 volumes from which you make all of your personal
judgments on people -- NUTSACK!
Looks like the clown Grizzlie can't follow simple examples of where the WC
simply lied.
Or refute my examples with citations to the WC's evidence.
