Italian soldier fired in during WWII, and then it wasn't used again.
Or the last time it was fired was long before 11/22/63. How could it
be rusty if it was just fired by LHO at the rifle range, according to

The other point to consider here is this "rifle" was part of a large
shipment that had been worked on and restored to perfect firing
capability. True this weapon allegedly sat in impound for 28 months,
but could Klein's sell a rifle with a rusty barrel?
If not, and I would assume they wouldn't be allowed to, how did it get
so rusty in just 8 months? How did the scope get so loose? How did
the firing pin get so rusty? I mean the WC claimed he was practicing
with it all the time (of course they couldn't prove this claim).
Perhaps the total lack of any gun cleaning equipment being found with

it, idiot? A bullet fired might remove rust (which I can`t see, as the
bullet doesn`t hit all the surfaces of the barrel on the way out.
Possibly the gases clear the rust out), but a bullet might not remove
all the corrosive damage caused by the rust. Anybody who has done body
work on a car knows this. You use wire wheels and such to remove the
rust, but the corrosion remains.

lawyer, which will buy you about 3 minutes of his time, he is going to
explain to your that you willingly come to a place where such dialog

Oswald must not have fired a rifle that day because the parrafin tests
on his cheek showed negative. Also a second rifle was found on the
roof of the school book depository. If I remember right the second
rifle belonged to the Dallis Police Department. I don't Know weather
it was tested for being recently fired or not.
