Oswald tapes

According to Groden, "The Killing of a President":

Capt. (Dallas Police dept.) Will Fritz secretly recorded Oswald
interrogation after Oswald's arrest. The tapes exist but are in an
unknown locaion.

Where are these tapes? What's on them?

Any speculation to location and contents?
