Now having hit the '200' mark, it's interesting to note how the censored group
has been evading the vast majority of these posts... ditto with the kooks in
this forum. I've been waiting for someone to *CITE* the evidence showing that
Mark Lane is lying... but there's been an amazing silence in the vast majority
of these posts. When these posts are mentioned, as Billy Clarke demonstrated
yesterday - they simply lie about 'em.

Amusing!

Now - back to the posts that drive the kooks nutty:

In the previous paragraphs, Mark Lane showed how the Warren Commission simply
ignored testimony that didn't fit their theory.

"Bowley's testimony is substantiated by the police radio broadcast log for
November 22, according to which the following conversation was recorded at 1.16
p.m.:

Citizen: Hello, police operator

Dispatcher: Go ahead Go ahead, citizen using the police (citizen cut in).

Citizen: We've had a shooting out here.

Dispatcher: Where's it at? The citizen using police radio (citizen cut in)

Citizen: On 10th Street.

Dispatcher: What location on 10th Street?

Citizen: Between Marsalis and Beckley. It's a police officer. Somebody shot him
 what's this? 404 10th Street.

The Commission, doubtless unaware of Bowley, credited the call over Tippit's
squad car radio to Domingo Benavides, an eyewitness to the murder.

It was Benavides, using Tippit's car radio, who first reported the killing of
Patrolman Tippit at about 1.16 p.m.

Benavides, who was in a stopped pick-up truck about 15 feet from Tippit's car,
testified that after the gunman had fled around the corner of a house:

... I set there for just a few minutes to kind of, I thought he went in back of
the house or something. At the time, I thought maybe he might have lived in
there and I didn't want to get out and rush right up. He might start shooting
again."

Mark Lane is pointing out how the Warren Commission got their basic facts wrong.

You quiver behind your killfilter, peeing down your leg, refusing to read
anyone's posts and you say there's an amazing silence. And the few times
that you see any posts through your stooge Walt, all you can respond is
"You're lying" and "Coward."

You're a one-trick pony.

No, that's not right..... Helen Markham KNEW what time she saw
Tippit shot. She swore in an affidavit and under oath that the time
was not later than 1:07. She may have been held up as a screwball by
The Warren Commission and Mark Lane but where she was a bit irrational
in her paranoia is irrelevant....She KNEW what time the laundry room
clock read when she left the apartment house and she KNEW what time
she had to be at the bus stop. Her estimate of not later than 1:07
simply can't be brushed aside. AND TF Bowley arrived on the scene a
few minutes after the shooting and saw tippit lying on the street....
Bowley swore that he arrived at 1:10. .... or about three minutes
after Helen Markham saw the shooting.

Mark Lane was off the track about the facts surrounding the Tippit
shooting. He disliked Markham because she had lied about what she
had told him. Rather than excuse her because she had ben threatened
by "someone from city hall" who had scared the crap out of her, Lane
took it out on Markham....and tried to paint her as a nut. That was
a terrible mistake by Mark Lane.

In article <a32ad5f0-d335-482e...@pl9g2000pbc.googlegroups.com>,
aeffects says...
Interestingly... the kook didn't even *try* to refute what Mark Lane said... so
all he's done is illustrate yet again the accuracy of what I stated above.

Simple question, Holmes.

You claim that the censored have been *evading* the vast majority of
your Mark Lane posts.

How is THAT surprising when you NEVER posted the *vast majority* of
them in the so-called *censored* forum in the first place, Holmes!

You are, quite simply, all bull.

And your hero, Mark Lane, is a DOCUMENTED liar in the matter of the
Kennedy assassination.

Yep. You've summed up Benny perfectly. The fellow is a total research
fraud, hypocrite and liar.

Looks like even Walt is disagreeing with Benny on this one.

Of course, Lane's whole handling of the questioning of Helen Markham
is a total DISGRACE, as accurately pointed out by Bugliosi in
Reclaiming History.

This is why Benny needs to gibber about Carrico and the throat wound.

It's a futile attempt to discredit someone who has exposed Lane for
the liar and charlatan that he is.
