Just like with Prayer Man, Josephs backs-off his "proven" claim by adding "If there was a Lunch Room Encounter"...Josephs is signaling - just like Odisio with his "If Oswald turns out not to be Prayer Man" - that he doesn't really believe his claim and that him and the others are a bunch of Mickey Mouse hacks who push silly theories like High School boys...These are not serious, credible researchers...They are chat room hacks seeking clicks for their pet theories who guard themselves with similar moderators...

Their supporting evidence for Prayerman needs Prayerman to be Oswald in order for it to make sense, so it isn't really supporting evidence. Prayerman is their supporting evidence.
