Since John McAdams was the only moderator left, he was the only one who could allow posts to appear. Apparently, he had named no successor moderator so it appears, no one has the keys to the car. At one time I think there were two other moderators but John was the only one left at the time of his death. Unless there is something in his will that allows a successor moderator to take over, I would say that newsgroup died when John did.

Our resident crybully/cyberbully Ben Holmes think McAdams only targeted Ben's posts for "censoring" but over the years, McAdams frequently would email me and say something along the lines that he was sorry, but my post couldn't go up unless I changed "X" or removed "X" from the post, and it was always for attacking a poster, and never for content. I'd either rework the post and send it back or move on.

Ben lies when he says alt.assassination.jfk was a censored board. It wasn't. It was a moderated board for purposes of trying to keep the discourse at a higher level than this place, which we all have referred to as the Nuthouse. In fact, if there's one poster who lowered the discourse here more than any other, it's Ben. We're all guilty of flaming, but Ben is the original ad hominem king of acj.

My history of truthfulness. And the fact that the person calling me a proven liar is in fact a proven liar. Anyone can search and find Ben claiming there is a bullet in the AP x-ray. Then they can look at that evidence themselves and find there is no such bullet. They can find Ben claiming that nobody called Kennedy`s throat wound ragged, and they can look at the evidence and find Dr Akins calling it just that. They can find Ben claiming Oswald had no ammunition on him when he was arrested and they can look at the evidence and find that he had.

I think most of my rejection slips were as a result of something I said to Tony Marsh, or something I said *about* Tony M.
W. Anthony could really get under a person's skin after a while. And sometimes I'd just vent my spleen in his direction even though I knew John McAdams would reject the post. In fact, I can recall a few times when I even said to John right in my post: "You don't need to send the rejection e-mail. I know it's getting turned down."

And that examination by the autopsists, plus the fact that there were no whole bullets found in the President's body and the additional information discovered by Dr. Humes from Dr. Perry on the morning of Saturday, November 23rd concerning the existence of the tracheotomy, enabled the autopsy physicians to conclude this:

"The missile contused the strap muscles of the right side of the neck, damaged the trachea and made its exit through the anterior surface of the neck." [Page 6 of the Official Autopsy Report; Warren Report, p.543]
