You merely assume the shot came from the direction it is filmed from.
Even if your contention is correct that the shot comes from the front, it only shows that this victim`s head initially went the direction of the shot before his head went in different direction. Kennedy`s head went in the direction of the bullet that struck him from behind before going in a different direction...
