Please beware when seeing their responses, and note that they will simply deny
the facts I mention, demand citations that I've provided before, or simply run
with insults. One troll likes to snip everything, and only respond to the fact
that he's listed as a troll. These trolls are only good material for the kill
files.
* Eddie 'Disgrace' Dolan is an exception - he *should* be killfiled, but he's
amusing! And being a former Marine, even a disgraced one, is a plus.

"The significance of Givens' observation that Oswald was carrying his clipboard
became apparent on December 2, 1963, when an employee, Frankie Kaiser, found a
clipboard hidden by book cartons in the northwest corner of the sixth floor at
the west wall a few feet from where the rifle had been found." (WCR 143)
Mr. KAISER. I was over there looking for the Catholic edition--teacher's
edition.
Mr. BALL. Where did you see the clipboard?
Mr. KAISER. It was Just laying there in the plain open--and just the plain open
boxes-you see, we've got a pretty good space back there and I just noticed it
laying over there.
Mr. BALL. Laying. on the floor?
Mr. KAISER. Yes, it was laying on the floor.
Mr. BALL. It was on the floor?
Mr. KAISER. It was on the floor.
Mr. BALL. How close was it to the wall?
Mr. KAISER. It was about---oh--I would say, just guessing, about 5 or 6 inches,
something like that.
Mr. BALL. From the wall and on the floor?
Mr. KAISER. Laying on the floor.
Mr. BALL. And were there any boxes between the wall and the clipboard?
Mr. KAISER. No, not between the wall and the clipboard--there wasn't.
Mr. BALL. Were there boxes between the stairway and the clipboard?
Mr. KAISER. No, you see, here's---let me see just a second---here's the stairs
right here, and we went down this way and here's the stairs this way going up
and here's the and it was laying fight in here by the cards--there are about
four or five cards, I guess, running in front of it--just laying between the
part you go down and the part you go up.
Mr. BALL. You mean laying between the stairway up and the stairway down?
Mr. KAISER. Yes, right there in the corner. (6H 343)
BALL. How long did you stay up on the sixth floor? After you found the location
of the three cartridges?
Mr. MOONEY. Well, I stayed up there not over 15 or 20 minutes longer--after
Captain Will Fritz and his officers came over there, Captain Fritz picked up the
cartridges, began to examine them, of course I left that particular area. By
that time there was a number of officers up there. The floor was covered with
officers. And we were searching, trying to find the weapon at that time. (3H
289)
The WC simply lied again, when trying to disguise the fact that the many
policemen that swamped the sixth floor (See Mooney's statement) couldn't find a
clipboard that Kaiser clearly states was in plain sight, and not hidden at all.
The clipboard was *NOT* hidden - and an entire working week went by before it
was "discovered". The Warren Commission is caught in an obvious lie here... is
there any LNT'ers that will simply admit this?

*** - And yet BEFORE I started to point out his WC supporting LIES he
said I was NOT a troll!
“I appreciate that... When trolls do it, I can simply killfile 'em -

irritating... thanks.” (Sick Sadist (tm!) “Ben Holmes” – 5/20/08)

This person is a serial liar and his OWN words prove it! If he wants
me to stop doing this then all he has to do is remove the slander
about me being a troll (when he really is one) from the list of
names. But he won't as lies and slander is all trolls have!
so you believe the WC did NOT lie? That it?
Why not stick to the topic at hand, hon.... if you can't, then assume
the idiotic, basic lone nut, lower than whale shit position. To remind
you, your job is to show where Provable Lies Of The Warren Commission
(this case #4) is right or wrong... unless of course your
current .John assignment includes wasting precious bandwidth...

It's quite obvious that my former Fan Club President is obsessed by me, even to

Here's the post he refuses to accept, refute, or debate... and instead snips:
Why don't you quote me saying that May?

I am doing that May...the topic is YOU are lying about me and I'm
setting the record straight.

My "job" is to tell the truth and you are lying about me so I am
setting the record straight.
Keep up the poor work that you do under many names May! It really is
helping the CT cause you know!

Mooney Clearly states that the there were many police officers on the
sixth flor searching for a weapon. Those officers had searched the
sixth floor several times and were tired of searching, but Captain
Fritz would not let them leave the sixth floor....He told
them....."That rifle has to be here somewhere...keep looking" Deputy
Boone said ..we must have crawled right over that rifle eight or nine
times before we got the flashlights. Then I saw the rifle in the beam
of my flashlight, it was well hidden beneath boxes of books.
How did Captain Fritz know that the "rifle has to be here
somewhere"???

Really? Can you cite for "tired" and "would not let them"? Were there
any protests? You think they didn't want to find the gun? You think
the cruel boss should have allowed his exhausted men to "leave the
sixth floor" and do what? Take a coffee break?

It's amazing how you can keep lying, even after having been corrected.
You're paraphrasing WEITZMAN (not Boone) and doing a shit poor job of
it. Here's what WEITZMAN actually told the WC:
<Quote ON>
[The rifle] was well protected as far as the naked eye because I would
venture to say eight or nine of us stumbled over that gun a couple
times before we thoroughly searched the building.
<Quote OFF>
Do you understand now? A COUPLE of casual searches (not eight or nine)
were followed by a more thorough (and successful) one.
> How did Captain Fritz know that the "rifle has to be here
> somewhere"???
He didn't absolutely know, but he turned out to be right (and
fanatical CTs like you and Ben just hate that). However, the
assumption that the rifle was "here [ie: on this floor / in the
building] somewhere" was the working hypothesis that made the most
sense, from a logical as well as a practical viewpoint.

Calm down, Ben. We admit that you found a minor, insignificant
discrepancy and was overwhelmed with paranoia and fear. Feel better
now?
I wonder whether after the shooting how they had any way of knowing
that ANY shots came from the 6th floor and not some other building, or
some other floor. If a captain really felt strongly that they should
stay and keep searching until something is found, it makes one
wonder. Did he allocate any cops to search the other floors as
strenuously? Other buildings nearby? At that time no one had done
exacting studies to determine the direction of the shots, and actually
the appearance to the casual observer was that they came from in front
of JFK. "back and to the left" as Oliver Stone would like to describe
it...:)
The part about the captain handling the shells was
interesting...putting his fingerprints or glove prints all over them
no doubt...:)
Chris
It`s not even that, it is fair to say the clipboard was hidden from
sight, many piles of boxes blocked it from being seen from most of the
floor. Only from a certain approach was it in plain sight.
But`s it`s strange that Ben is going on about the clipboard not
being found when the officer he quoted clearly said he was looking for
a weapon.
Good eye for detail, Chris..... Mooney is just another of the officers
who saw Captain Fritz pick up the shells BEFORE they were
photographed.....Which means the evidence photos of the shells on the
floor are not accurate representations of the "crime"scene.
