Hello all,
I have McAfee Security Center which came with my computer from Dell (I
hate it but that's not the point). Within Security Center is McAfee Virus
Scan, McAfee Personal Firewall, and McAfee Privacy Service. These three
programs work under subscription only (Virus Scan works but will not update
without the subscription) and Dell only gave me a trial subscription and the
subscription just ran out which leaves me somewhat unprotected. I found a
solution to the problem: set the clock back. This made all three programs
work perfectly but gave me another problem: the corner display is wrong. My
question to you is this: is there any way to have the computer clock set to
one thing but the corner display say the correct time? Any input is
appreciated.

You have two choices. Stop using the programs since at this point you are
stealing. Or buy the programs and update your subscriptions. Moocher

Download AVG free edition for your antivirus, Zone Alarm free edition for a
firewall and also Spybot and Adaware free editions for your spyware
concerns.
Then, you are protected and can have a clock on the correct time!
