We have different people using
computer at work and some body knows my pass word. If I change my
password, I can change myself
or I have to go through computer administrator?Can you give directions
how it is done step by step

You don't mention what OS you are using.
With Windows XP you ...
Go to "Control Panel"
Then "User Accounts"
Then "Change an Account"
and follow it through.
You should not need to go through Administration to change your password as
they shouldn't know it either.
