True but if an expensive lawyer can get yuo a not guilty charge because you paid more it means yuor not guilty
because you can afford to pay more.

Sad, but true.

If, however, the expensive lawyer(s) still can't get you off then you're
definitely guilty.

Think the main idea is he is clearly actually guilty. He still should have his
day in court -- though as open as he was about his illegal behavior, and as
well known as he is, there may be challenges finding juries which are not well
aware he is guilty. Still, be as fair as you can be and let him have his
defense. But even with expensive lawyers he is unlikely to prevail -- not if
the system works as it should. Then again, the system is very biased toward
the rich, so we shall see, and the SCOTUS is extremely biased and right wing
at this point. They might jump in to "save the day".
