"One thing that has become apparent throughout the years is Clarke’s
ability to revel in niche topics, taking something distinctly remote and
weaving words intricately around the subject with ease. Pies is a
biographical piece about a homely girl named Ann (‘who couldn’t get a
man’), and this poem reveals the advice her mother bestowed in order to
attract a partner. Clarke does this through his linguistic prowess –
‘You’ll knock ‘em down like skittles with some farinaceous vittles’ and
the catchy refrain that ‘You’ll always get a guy with a pie’.

Best line: ‘Even when they’re stale, they taste okay with ale / At the
point where hunger pangs intensify…’ "

Well spotted!

Went to see him a couple of years ago. I love his turn of phrase and
delivery.

The cult-like herd's reverse compiled Tar with (I'd guess) the Borůvka's algorithm
to produce posts which are in the form of ones from Apd's. I'm not going to pretend
Apd didn't help me with my choice of distro and I acknowledge it. The Flying Spaghetti
Monster has my posts as an example and should start to act as if he is no longer
complete ignorant from now on. The person you are referencing is in my shit list.
See: I quoted examples of The Flying Spaghetti Monster blaming me for the actions
of others, blaming me for the actions of others, etc. His response: to double
down on your lies. The Flying Spaghetti Monster's posts are nothing but a senseless
prattle. Sandman trolls The Flying Spaghetti Monster. Here is a list of names
Jonas Eklundh has admitted he attributes to The Flying Spaghetti Monster "Cactus
Pete", "Donald", "Donald Miller", "Horace McSwain", "Hymen", "meat", "Mike Weaver",
"Modena IV Drid", "Omar Murad Asfour", "Rhino Plastee", "Soapy", "SopwithCamel",
"Sunny Day", "Takuya Saitoh", "The Letter Q", "tmelmosfire", "zevon".
