Conexant Fusion 878A Driver

I have a PCI video capture card manufactured by NEC. I bought it while
travelling to Asia. Unfortunately, the driver disk was damaged. According
to the printing on the box, it is using Conexant Fusion 878A chipset.

I have downloaded a number of Conexant Fusion 878A drivers from the Internet
but none of them works. Any ideas how I can get the proper driver?

Are there any further details that you can provide?
Such as markings on the card..like fcc-id, model #, or even stuff written on
the box.
Also which OS do you want the driver for?

I can see a chip printed with:

0047 Korea

There is a number on the circuit board:
336-450059-A-01

Probably not quite useful. Isn't it?

The additional details that you provided didn`t really help; and I couldn`t
find any downloads from NEC that are specific to your tv-card.
Maybe a generic driver and application would suffice.
