Required Skills:

University degree, diploma from a recognized institution, or applicable experience in the Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Commerce or Engineering field supplemented by management training
A minimum of 8 years progressive experience in Project Management
Proven track record leading and successfully deploying large-scale, high-risk, or strategic infrastructure and technology projects
Experience engaging and managing technology vendors in support of project delivery objectives.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically when planning, establishing delivery approach, identifying issues/risks and driving recommendations for resolution.
Skillful use of interpersonal skills and influence to accomplish work and to ensure optimal team performance
Excellent communication and customer service skills – demonstrated ability to work with executive, mid management and front line levels of the organization
Strong experience facilitating project team meetings, cross-functional communication ,decision making, and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams (including offshore team members)
Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines


Preferred Skills:

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation preferred
Previous work experience at Enbridge or large complex organization
Previous work experience in TIS group within Enbridge
