• Performs #planning, #analysis, #designing, requirements definition, #functional design, #configuration, #testing, and implementation of #SAP-based #Child Support solution.
• Meets with decision-makers, systems owners, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
• Facilitate #Joint Application Design sessions.
• Creates functional specifications, #diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of #SAP CRM.
• #Configuration experience with SAP CRM is a must.
• #Design, customize, configure, and testing of SAP CRM.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on a new implementation
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
