Job Summary:
As the Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the successful migration of our PolicyCenter system to the cloud. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage your in-depth knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter and cloud technologies to ensure a seamless transition. Your ability to architect, design, and implement the cloud migration strategy will be critical to the achievement of our business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead in successful Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and cloud migrations.
Deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter functionalities and configurations.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and the ability to select the most appropriate platform based on project requirements.
Strong proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation, with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization.
Experience leading and mentoring technical teams to achieve project goals.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, testing practices, and agile project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
Relevant Guidewire certifications and cloud certifications are highly desirable.
