NORTHERN NEW JERSEY ICCA CHAPTER MEETING

What: A meeting for the Northern New Jersey ICCA Chapter

Topic: "Diagnosing and Fixing Problems With Your Business"

A round table discussion:

What problems have you encountered running a business? Clients not
paying in a timely fashion? Specifications that seem to change every
day? People taking up your time but never giving you any paying work?
An employee of your client who seems to keep sabotaging what you're
doing (whether intentionally or unintentionally)? A client who plans
poorly and then expects you to work 24 hour days bailing them out?
Marketing techniques that you've used in the past suddenly stop working?

If you've had a problem with your business and managed to solve it, or
if you've had a problem with your business that you haven't been able to
solve, come and discuss it!
