Abstract:

Stock and stock options are often offered to High Technology Consultants as
part of their compensation. What is the meaningful valuation for pre-IPO
stock? How should this effect the monetary component of the rates you
charge to clients? Are there implications for contracts (particularly those
of third parties)? Join us for our monthly dinner meeting where Richard
Bullen will discuss the relationship of share price to company value and
how to use company value as a way to assess stock as compensation.

About the Speaker:

Richard Bullen helps emerging high technology companies develop effective,
successful strategies for business growth. His practical, proven techniques
are built on over 20 years experience in general management, sales and

and VP of marketing at ASIX Systems, a successful VC backed test equipment
